- 2 cooking apples
- 1 (8 count) can crescent rolls
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 stick oleo
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Peel apples and cut in quarters.

2Separate rolls and wrap 1 piece of apple in each roll (start at large end).

3Mix oleo, sugar and orange juice in saucepan.

4Bring to a boil.

5Add vanilla. Place dumplings in 8-inch pan (square).

6Pour sauce over apple dumplings and bake in preheated oven at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown.

7Serves 8.
