Quick Apple Pie

  • 2 cans pie apples
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 6 slices loaf bread, trimmed

Directions

    Put apples in glass oblong baking dish.

    Mix margarine, sugar and egg together.

    Set aside.

    Lay trimmed loaf bread over top of apples.
  5. 5
    Take the mixture you set aside and spread over top of bread.
  6. 6
    Bake in oven at 350° until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Serves 8. Best when served hot with ice cream.
