- 4 large unpared cooking apples
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. margarine
- dash of ground cinnamon
Directions

1Cut apples vertically into halves. Remove cores.

2Place halves, cut side up, in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish.

3Mix brown sugar and flour.

4Spoon into center of each half.

5Place 1/2 teaspoon margarine on brown sugar mixture on each half.

6Sprinkle with cinnamon.

7Cover with waxed paper and microwave on High until apples are tender (3 to 4 minutes).
