- 4 c. cooked, cubed beef
- 3 potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 carrots, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 onion, quartered
- 3/4 c. water
- 10 3/4 oz. can condensed golden mushroom soup
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas (if desired)
Directions

1In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except peas. Simmer, covered, 20 minutes.

2Add peas and continue cooking 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

3Makes 4 to 6 servings.
