Ingredients
- 2 loaves day old bread
- 2 sticks margarine, melted
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. each celery and onions, diced
- salt and pepper to taste
- enough boiling chicken or turkey broth to moisten mixture
- 1 tsp. parsley
Directions

1Break bread into small pieces; put in large shallow pan with margarine on top in a 350° preheated oven.

2Stir as needed until browned lightly.

3Remove from oven; add onion, parsley, celery, salt and pepper.

4Stir beaten eggs into browned bread.

5Pour broth over bread mixture until moist enough to make balls.

6Place dressing balls in baking pan for 10 minutes at 350°.

7Makes 25 average size balls.
