- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen French-style green beans
- 1 lb. stew beef, cut in cubes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed tomato soup (undiluted)
- 2 c. cooked egg noodles
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Place green beans in a 1-quart casserole, icy side up.

2Cook, covered for 8 to 10 minutes.

3Reserve.

4Combine beef cubes and onion in a 2 to 3-quart casserole.

5Cook, covered with waxed paper, for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.

6Add tomato soup, 1/2 cup water, noodles, and green beans to beef cubes. Stir lightly and season with salt and pepper to taste.

7Cook, covered for 8 to 9 minutes.

8Stir and let stand covered 3 to 4 minutes before serving.
