  • 1 lb. beef, cooked and cut up
  • 4 md. carrots, cut into 2-1/2-inch strips
  • 3 md. potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 3 tbsp. unbleached flour
  • 2-1/4 cup water

    Cover and microwave on high (100%) to boiling, 10 to 12 minutes.
