Quick Beefaroni Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 can (12 oz.) processed meat, cubed
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms or 3 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)
- 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 cans (15 oz.) Chef Boyardee Beefaroni
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Saute meat, onions, green pepper, mushrooms and olives in margarine for ten minutes.

3Add Beefaroni and sour cream; mix well.

4Spoon mixture into greased 2-quart casserole.

5Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

6Sprinkle with grated cheese.

7Garnish with olive and mushroom slices if desired. Serves four to six.
