  • 1 (29 ounce) can tomato puree
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 4 12 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 34 teaspoon dried basil
  • 34 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 34 cup uncooked macaroni
  • 12 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 12 cup chopped onion
  • 12 teaspoon instant minced garlic
  • 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed & drained
  • 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can great northern beans, rinsed & drained

Directions

    In Dutch oven, combibne the first eight ingredients.

    Bring to a boil.

    Stir in macaroni.

    Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 10-15 minute or until macaroni is tender.

    Meanwhile, in large skillet, cook the beef, celery, onion & garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain.

    Add to the tomato mixture.

    Stir in beans, heat through.
