  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cups Sugar
  • 1 bottle (12 Oz. Size) Beer (I Used Sunset Wheat With Amazing Results)
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted

    1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease a standard size loaf pan and set aside.

    2. Whisk the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together in a large bowl. Pour in the beer and stir until just combined.

    3. Pour batter into the loaf pan and drizzle the melted butter on top. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
