Quick Beer Rolls

  • 2 c. Bisquick
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 (6 oz.) can beer, at room temperature

Directions

    Mix Bisquick and sugar.

    Add 1/2 can beer at room temperature (must be warm so yeast will work).

    Do not mix until smooth, just until beer is mixed in.

    Drop by spoon into greased muffin tin. Dot top with butter.

    Preheat oven and bake at 500° for 12 minutes. Yields 12 rolls.
