Quick Beer Rolls

- 2 c. Bisquick
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 (6 oz.) can beer, at room temperature
Directions

1Mix Bisquick and sugar.

2Add 1/2 can beer at room temperature (must be warm so yeast will work).

3Do not mix until smooth, just until beer is mixed in.

4Drop by spoon into greased muffin tin. Dot top with butter.

5Preheat oven and bake at 500° for 12 minutes. Yields 12 rolls.
