- 1 c. sorghum syrup
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 8 c. popcorn (popped without butter or oil)
Directions

1Combine syrup and sugar in heavy skillet.

2I like to use an iron skillet.

3Bring to a boil and then reduce to medium high heat.

4Cook, stirring often with wooden spoon, until mixture will spin a thread when dripped from the spoon or to a firm ball stage. Pour over the popped corn and stir until well coated.

5Butter your hands and carefully form into balls.

6Mixture will be hot. Handle it carefully.
