- 5 c. Pioneer biscuits
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. warm milk
- 2 envelopes yeast
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions

1Sift into a very large bowl the biscuit mix, sugar and salt. Soften yeast in milk.

2Make sure the milk is only warm, too hot will kill the yeast.

3Beat eggs with pinch of cream of tartar until thoroughly broken up.

4Combine milk and eggs; pour into dry ingredients.

5Stir until well mixed.

6This is a heavy mixture, so be sure that it is well mixed.

7Set aside in a warm place covered with damp dish cloth.

8Mixture rises best in 80°.
