- 1 Tbsp. melted shortening
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat eggs thoroughly.

2Add milk and shortening.

3Sift flour, salt and baking powder twice.

4Add liquid and beat for 2 minutes. Pour into 2 hot, well-greased muffin pans.

5Bake about 20 minutes in a 400° to 450° oven.
