  • 1/4 c. corn oil
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, partially thawed
  • 3 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • dash of ground red pepper
  • 1 lb. cooked fettuccini

Directions

    Heat oil over medium heat.

    Add broccoli and garlic; saute 3 to 4 minutes or until broccoli is tender.

    Stir in water, bouillon cubes and red pepper.

    Cook 2 minutes or until bouillon cubes are dissolved.

    Add pasta and toss to coat.
