- 10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 soup can milk
Directions

1Cook broccoli in salted water according to package directions. Drain well; mash with back of spoon.

2Stir in oleo and shredded cheese.

3Add soup and milk.

4Blend well, heating on medium-high until warm through.
