- 1 1/4 lb bok choy
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
Directions

1Wash your bok choy with mild soap and water leaves and stems.

3Heat oil in a pan or wok.

4Chop the bok choy into thirds.

5Add to oil.

6Add garlic, onion powder, and salt.

7Stifry till green leaves are wilted.

8Add walnuts stirfry on high heat 3 minutes.
