Quick Cabbage Casserole

  • 1 small head cabbage
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. or more grated American cheese
  • bread crumbs
  • melted butter

Directions

    Cut cabbage in slices and boil in salted water for 10 minutes. Mix soup with milk, add to cabbage.

    Spread American cheese over top.

    Cover cheese with bread crumbs and melted butter mixed together.

    Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
