Quick Cabbage Rolls

- 1 large head cabbage
- 2 lb. hamburg
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans tomato soup
- 2 cans water
Directions

1Chop cabbage; spread in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Brown meat and onion in large skillet; stir in rice, pepper and salt.

2Spoon mixture over cabbage.

3In small pan heat tomato soup and water until hot.

4Pour over all ingredients.

5Sprinkle with grated cheese (Cheddar).

6Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours in 350° oven.
