- 1 jar Healthy Choice spaghetti sauce
- 1 can Italian tomatoes (chunks or whole)
- garlic powder
- Italian season
- oregano
- onion powder
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 can mushrooms (optional)
- Parmesan cheese
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- olive oil
Directions

1Mix spaghetti sauce and tomatoes in pot adding spices to taste.

2Cut green pepper; add to sauce.

3Add mushrooms.

4Cook on stove until bubbly then reduce to simmer.

5While sauce is simmering, cook chicken in frypan with only 1 to 2 tablespoons oil.

6Using a nonstick pan is best.

7Cook chicken until done, browning on both sides.

8Add chicken to sauce.

9Spoon sauce over your favorite pasta.

10Place chicken on top.

11Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
