- 1 small pkg. imitation crab
- 5 tsp. Paul Prudhomme's seafood Cajon seasoning
- dash of Louisiana hot pepper sauce
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. frozen corn or 1 can crisp corn
- finely chopped onions (if desired)
