- 1 yellow cake mix
- 2 small or 1 large pkg. instant pudding (vanilla or coconut cream)
- 1 small sour cream (12 or 16 oz.)
- 4 eggs (if small, use 5)
- 3/4 c. Crisco oil (don't substitute)
Directions

1Pour all in mixing bowl and mix for 10 minutes. Pour half of batter in ungreased tube pan. Add 1 bag (16 ounces) in middle, then add rest of batter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Let cool before taking out of pan. Very good! Freezes well!
