- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 3 None eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/3 cup raw sugar, plus additional 1 tbsp for sprinkling
- 1 can (14 oz) pitted cherries, drained
- None None Powdered sugar, to serve
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease 4 shallow ovenproof dishes. Whisk cream, eggs and vanilla in a medium bowl.

2Sift flour into a large bowl. Stir in sugar. Whisk in cream mixture until smooth.

3Divide cherries among dishes. Pour batter over top and sprinkle with additional sugar.

4Bake 15-20 mins, until cooked through. Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar.
