  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 3 None eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup raw sugar, plus additional 1 tbsp for sprinkling
  • 1 can (14 oz) pitted cherries, drained
  • None None Powdered sugar, to serve

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly grease 4 shallow ovenproof dishes. Whisk cream, eggs and vanilla in a medium bowl.

    Sift flour into a large bowl. Stir in sugar. Whisk in cream mixture until smooth.

    Divide cherries among dishes. Pour batter over top and sprinkle with additional sugar.

    Bake 15-20 mins, until cooked through. Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar.
