  • 1 large onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken noodle soup
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon milk curry powder
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
  • pepper
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrot
  • 12 cup cooked chicken, chopped

Directions

    Fry the onions in the oil, 3-5 minutes.

    Stir in the rest of the ingredients.

    Heat to just below simmering and cook for 10 minutes.
