- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 10 1/2 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 cup cubed cooked turkey or chicken
- parsley
Directions

1Cook onion in butter or margarine.

2Add the cream of mushroom soup and milk.

3Heat and stir until smooth.

4Stir in the sour cream and curry powder.

5Add the cubed turkey or chicken and heat. Garnish with snipped parsley.

6Serve over fluffy hot cooked rice. Offer curry condiments of chutney, raisins, toasted slivered almonds, sliced green onion, and mixed pickles.
