  • 1 teaspoon mashed garlic & giner
  • 1 cinnamon stick, bay leaves, cloves, and cardamoms
  • 2 dried chillies
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 turmeric pepper
  • lemon juice.
