- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- cooked rice
- wine (optional)
- vegetable oil
- garlic clove
Directions

1Slice chicken breasts and brown in 2 tablespoons hot oil and garlic clove.

2Set aside.

3Saute onions, peppers and mushrooms until tender and add chicken.

4Add tomato sauce and 1/2 cup wine, if desired.

5Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

6Serve over bed of rice.
