- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 chicken breast, sliced
- 1 green pepper, deseeded and sliced
- 100 g broccoli
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 100 g chow mein flavour noodles
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions

1Fry onion for 3 minutes, add chicken and fry fur further 3 minutes.

2Add pepper, broccoli and ginger and fry for 2 minutes.

3Break up noodles and add to pan with 250ml boiling water and seasoning packet from noodles.

4Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or until water is nearly absorbed.

5Stir in soy sauce and serve.
