Quick Chicken Noodles

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, deseeded and sliced
  • 100 g broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 100 g chow mein flavour noodles
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions

    Fry onion for 3 minutes, add chicken and fry fur further 3 minutes.

    Add pepper, broccoli and ginger and fry for 2 minutes.

    Break up noodles and add to pan with 250ml boiling water and seasoning packet from noodles.

    Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or until water is nearly absorbed.

    Stir in soy sauce and serve.
