  • 1 Pillsbury pie crust
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 jar chicken gravy
  • 8 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 pinch tarragon
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 c. cooked chicken, chopped

Directions

    In a 3-quart deep casserole dish, mix soup, gravy, vegetables, tarragon and chicken together.

    Top with pie crust.

    Trim edges with knife.

    With a fork, poke pie crust dough twice for steam holes.

    Spread tablespoon of milk on top of crust to help it brown.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until crust is golden. Serves 4.
