  • 1 stick margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can broth
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 4 to 5 chicken breasts, cooked, cut up and boned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. self-rising flour

Directions

    Melt margarine in a large long Pyrex dish. Place chicken in bottom of dish and add salt and pepper. Pour in soup and chicken broth. Set aside. Mix self-rising flour and buttermilk. Drop by spoonfuls on top of chicken mixture. Cook at 350° for about 30 minutes.
