  • 2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 box Pillsbury All-Ready pie crust

Directions

    Mix soup and milk into bowl. Stir in peas and carrots. Microwave on High for 6 minutes. Stir in cubed chicken.

    Form 1 piece of pie crust into deep dish casserole;

    pour chicken mixture into deep dish. Place the other pie crust on top and make 4 slits. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
