- 16 ounces, weight Ground Turkey Or Beef
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 1 cup Chopped Green Pepper
- 1 cup Water
- 1 Tablespoon Instant Chicken Bouillon
- 3/4 cups Uncooked Macaroni
- 1 cup Tomatoes, Chopped
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 1- 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 6 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions

1Saute turkey with onions, celery and pepper.

2Once the meat is browned and the veggies are softened, add remaining ingredients, except cheese.

3Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
