- 2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb. can stewed tomatoes
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease 1-quart baking dish.

3Place 1/2 of cheese in baking dish and cover with chilies. Pour eggs over cheese and chilies. Add the stewed tomatoes.

4Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and slightly brown.
