- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 c. onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 c. diced green pepper
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Brown beef and onion.

2Add spices, corn, green pepper, tomato sauce and water.

3Cover; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice.

4Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; serve.
