  • 3/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. diced green pepper
  • 1 pkg. Birds Eye sweet whole corn
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown beef and onion in skillet; add spices, corn, green pepper, tomato sauce and water.

    Cover and bring to a full boil, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in rice; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Pour into baking dish and cover with cheese.

    Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.
