- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen corn
- 1 c. diced green pepper
- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Directions

1Brown beef and onion in skillet.

2Add spices, corn, green pepper, tomato sauce and water.

3Cover and bring to a full boil, stirring occasionally.

4Stir in rice, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

5Sprinkle with cheese.
