- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Paper line muffin cups (2 1/2 inches in diameter).

3In medium bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt.

4Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; beat with wire whisk just until blended, batter is smooth and ingredients are well mixed.

5Pour batter into paper bake cups; fill 2/3 full.

6Bake for 16 to 18 minutes, or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

7Cool; frost as desired.

8Yields 18 cupcakes.
