Quick Chocolate Snack Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. lite salt
  • 2 Egg Beaters or 4 egg whites
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 jar Braum's light fudge topping (you will not need it all)

Directions

    Spray a 9-inch square baking pan with a nonfat cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, baking soda and salt.

    In a medium bowl, using a fork or wire whisk, mix Egg Beaters, water and corn syrup.

    Add to flour mixture; stir until smooth.

    Pour into prepared pan.

    Bake in 350° oven for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Spread Braum's topping on top (you will not need the whole jar).
