- 4 oz. softened cream cheese
- 2 1/4 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
- 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- sifted cocoa and chocolate sprinkles
Directions

1Gradually mix confectioners sugar into cream cheese.

2Melt chocolate bits in a double boiler or microwave.

3Stir the melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture and add vanilla extract. Roll into small balls and coat half the truffles in cocoa and the other half in chocolate sprinkles.

4Chill before serving.
