Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 c. sliced celery
- 1 c. green pepper strips
- 1/2 c. sliced onion
- 1 (1 lb.) can bean sprouts, drained
- 1 c. bouillon
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 2 c. diced, cooked meat (pork, chicken, roast beef or turkey)
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch
- 3 c. cooked white rice
Directions

1In hot butter in large skillet, cook celery, green pepper and onion about 5 minutes.

2Add sprouts, bouillon, soy sauce and meat, mixing until well combined.

3Bring to boiling.

4Remove from heat. Combine corn starch with 1 tablespoon cold water until smooth. Slowly stir into mixture.

5Bring to boil; boil for 1 minute. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally.

6Serve over rice.
