- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 to 3 c. any canned or frozen fruit
Directions

1Mix sugar, flour, milk, baking powder and salt.

2Melt margarine in bottom of pan (13 x 9-inch), then pour batter in.

3Pour fruit in center of batter.

4Bake in a 400° oven about 30 minutes.
