- 3 to 4 c. canned fruit (any kind)
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Heat fruit in its syrup with 1/3 cup sugar.

2Stir until sugar is dissolved.

3Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk.

5Pour into pan, then pour fruit over the batter.

6Bake 1 hour at 350°.
