  • 1 1/4 c. Baker's coconut
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2/3 stick margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 pie shells
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon

Directions

    Mix together coconut and milk; set aside.

    Melt margarine. Mix together margarine, sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla and lemon, then add coconut mixture.

    Pour into pie shells and bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Makes 2 pies.
