  • 1 (8 ounce) container chive & onion cream cheese, low fat is fine
  • 14 cup finely minced onion
  • 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
  • 1 cup diced cooked ham
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions

    In a medium saucepan over med-low heat, stir together the cream cheese and minced onion; stir frequently until melted and smooth.

    Add the creamed corn, corn, parsley and milk.

    Continue to cook, stirring often, for about 3-4 minutes.

    Add the bouillion and diced ham.

    Stir and cook until heated through.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.
