  • 12 teaspoon dulse seaweed
  • 2 tablespoons dried vegetable flakes
  • 14 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon Butter Buds
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag frozen corn

Directions
