- 2 1/4 c. uncooked seashell macaroni
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) carton commercial sour cream
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 (6 oz.) cans crabmeat, drained and flaked
- 2 medium tomatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook macaroni according to package directions; omit salt; drain.

2Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, onions and parsley; mix well.

3Layer half each of macaroni, cheese mixture and crabmeat in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Repeat procedure and top with tomato slices.

4Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

5Sprinkle with cheese.
