Quick Cranberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (3 oz.) strawberry jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 c. cold liquid (reserved pineapple juice with water to make 1/2 c.)
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Drain pineapple, reserving juices.

    Dissolve jello in hot water.

    While still warm, stir in cranberry sauce and mix until melted.

    Stir in 1/2 cup cold liquid, lemon juice and pineapple and nuts.

    Pour in 1 1/2-quart mold and chill until set.
