- 5 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. chopped pitted dates
- 4 c. yogurt or buttermilk
- 3/4 c. unsulfured molasses
Directions

1Combine flour and baking soda in a large bowl.

2Stir in dates. Mix yogurt and molasses together in a separate bowl, then stir into flour mixture.

3Place batter

4in two lightly oiled 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch bread pans.

5Bake in preheated 350° oven for about 1 hour or until browned and baked through.
