- 1 gal. water
- 1 c. white vinegar
- 1 c. kosher salt
- 6 dill stalks (wash roots only)
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic
- 14 small cucumbers
Directions

1Bring first 3 ingredients to a rolling boil.

2Put dill in bottom of crock.

3Put garlic in bottom of crock.

4Put pickles on top.

5Add boiling brine to cover cukes.

6Put a plate over cukes to hold them under the brine.

7Cover crock with a towel.
-
8Check in 3 to 4 days to see if they look like pickles.

9Put in jars and cover with the brine.

10Store in fridge.
