Directions

1Hard-boil as many eggs as you need.

2Cool eggs in cold water. Peel and cut in halves.

3Place all yolks in a bowl and mash until smooth. Add to the yolks the mustard, salt and pepper to taste and Thousand Island dressing; mix well.

4The mixture should be spooned back into the white of egg halves and garnished with a little paprika.
